Application note – Emulseo x Micronit
We are excited to share the outcome of our collaboration with our partner Micronit.
In this study, we combined Emulseo’s products (FluoSurf™-O / Fluo-Oil™- 7500 and Fluo-ST3™) with Micronit’s glass microfluidic chips to achieve reliable and reproducible droplet generation.
Two chip types were tested:
– hydrophobic pre-coated chips
– untreated chips coated with our Fluo-ST3™ surface treatment
The result? Stable, monodisperse droplets, ideal for demanding applications such as ddPCR, single-cell analysis, or high-throughput screening.
